small room broken safe
the breakfast had many options (i liked the bread selection).
the room was small, and i found the bed quite uncomfortable. the safe did not work and the staff did not seem to care much about it, which i found disappointing.

ineffective air conditioning missing refrigerator
The hotel's air conditioning did not work effectively, resulting in an uncomfortably warm room, and the window could not be opened. i found the lack of proper climate control frustrating. the absence of a refrigerator in the room was a significant inconvenience , especially considering the summer heat.

soft mattress broken ac
the room seemed a bit tired overall. the mattress was too soft it gave me no support at all. i also found it hard to get the room to a comfortable temperature as the ac unit seemed to not work properly.
